GENERAL

Where are you located?

We are at 1/2 Drummond St, Spring Hill NSW 2500, just minutes from Wollongong CBD. There is free parking available on site.

What are your opening hours?

Regular hours: Friday 4PM-8PM, Saturday 10AM-6PM, Sunday 10AM-4PM. School holiday hours: Sun-Fri 10AM-4PM, Saturday 10AM-6PM. Check our socials for public holiday hours.

Do I need to book in advance?

Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend booking online to guarantee your spot, especially on weekends and during school holidays.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is free parking directly outside our venue.

LASER TAG

What age is laser tag suitable for?

Laser tag is suitable for ages 5 and up. Our equipment is lightweight and easy to use. Children under 5 are welcome to watch but cannot participate.

How long is a laser tag mission?

Each mission is approximately 15 minutes of game time. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early for your briefing.

Does laser tag hurt?

Not at all. Our laser tag system uses infrared beams, not projectiles. There is no physical contact. The vest vibrates gently when you are tagged.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes are recommended. Dark clothing gives you a slight advantage in the arena. We provide all the equipment.

PARTIES & GROUPS

What party packages do you offer?

We offer three packages: Budget Party ($29pp, BYO food), Premium Party ($39pp, all-inclusive with host, food, drinks), and Ultimate Party ($69pp, private arena, 4 missions, full catering). See our Pricing page for full details.

How many kids can attend a party?

Our standard party packages cater for 8-30 kids. For larger groups, contact us to discuss a custom package or full venue hire.

Can parents stay during the party?

Absolutely. Parents are welcome to stay and watch. We have a comfortable seating area with free WiFi. Parents can also join in the laser tag missions at no extra charge.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements when booking and we will accommodate them.

VR & ARCADE

Do I need VR experience?

No experience needed. Our staff will give you a full briefing and help you get set up. The games are designed to be intuitive and fun for first-timers.

Can VR cause motion sickness?

Some people may experience mild discomfort. Our games are selected to minimise this. If you feel unwell at any time, let our staff know and we will help you.

What age is VR suitable for?

VR experiences are recommended for ages 10 and up. Children under 13 require a parent or guardian to sign a waiver.
